慢跑也是一种运动,还可以减掉多余的脂肪。所以,每天来个30分钟的慢跑吧。
Slow slow walk is exercise also,can burn extra fat also.So,walk 30 minutes per day lah.....
And dont forgot drink shake to have a post recovery beh...
