人们说,早餐一定要吃,因为它能提供我们一整天的能量。最近研究发现,不是所有的食物都适合当早餐,吃得不对会导致肥胖。

以下是人们习惯吃早餐的类别:

第三类:椰浆饭、经济粉类、猪肠粉等等


我也很爱吃!

椰浆饭-640kcal
经济粉面-500++
猪肠粉-一条猪肠粉是44.5kcal(还不包括酱料等等~~)

哇~~~早餐就吃了那么高油高热量的食物,觉得自己的精神状态如何?
虽然填饱了肚子,但是营养价值呢?

Nasi lemak,meehoon and bla bla,is my favourite also.
But when i know the calories,i speechless.

Nasi Lemak Biasa - 640 kcal
Economic Meehoon/Mee - 500++ 
Chee Cheong Fan -44.5 per pcs(not include with the sauce)

How do you feel in the whole day after we had this BIG breakfast?And you know what you get from this BIG breakfast?is NUTRITION?

Remember,we only EAt what our CELLULAR need,not what our mouth need huh......heheheh
