人们说,早餐一定要吃,因为它能提供我们一整天的能量。最近研究发现,不是所有的食物都适合当早餐,吃得不对会导致肥胖。

第四类:不吃早餐

有些人,就是有种不吃早餐的习惯。不吃早餐,人体只能动用体内储存的糖原和蛋白质,久而久之会导致皮肤干燥、起皱和贫血,加速衰老。

不吃早餐也会人的影响学习和工作能力。大脑运转需要调用血液中的葡萄糖,即血糖,这也是大脑能够利用的唯一的能源储备。如果不吃早餐或早餐营养不足,血糖水平就会相对降低,从而不能及时为神经系统的正常工作输送充足的能源物质。这时的您,就会觉得昏昏欲睡。
早餐不吃,到了下午就会觉得肚子饿,那不是吃了双份食量吗?
