我们可以用钱买梦想车,梦想家。但是,我们要买多少间家多少辆车才可以让自己更快乐?快乐是抽像的,也不是一件随手可得的物品。别望了,快乐是自找的。重点是,快乐是免费的,但不是每个人都可以找到快乐的钥匙。
美车美房固然是象征着一个身分。问题是,我们要留下怎样的印象给别人?一个传奇,还是一个虚荣心?

Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life.Because almost everything-all external expectations,all pride,all fear of embarrassment or failure-these things just fall away in the face of death,leaving only what is truly important.Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose.You are already naked.There is no reason not to follow your heart.

Your time is limited,so dont waste it living someone else's life.Dont be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's thinking.Dont let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life,and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work .And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.If you havent found it yet,keep looking.Dont settle.As with all matters of the heart,you'll know when you find it.And,like any great relationship,it just gets better and better as the years roll on.So keep looking until you find it.

浮腫‧頻頻夜尿‧別賴喝水的錯!


每日8杯水,幾乎是人人皆知的健康金科玉律,但不是人人做得到。有蒸餾水公司的市場調查顯示,超過半數受訪者每日喝水少於6杯。
對於喝水,網上有不少傳聞:喝水多會導致水腫、睡前喝一杯水可減少心臟病發的危機、飯前喝水會阻礙消化,究竟有沒有科學根據?喝多少、幾時喝才對身體最有益?
水輸送養分帶走廢物
香港蒸餾水公司今年6月的一個網上調查,訪問1269名25至45歲香港人,發現21%受訪者每日只喝2至4杯水,30%只喝4至6杯。
人體內60至70%是水分,它幫助身體輸送養分,帶走體內廢物,令鼻腔、口腔、耳腔保持濕潤,所有器官和細胞都需要水分,才能正常運作;偏偏很多人對喝水有很多顧慮,而寧願少喝,尤其避免睡前喝太多水,因嫌半夜起来上廁麻煩,索性晚飯後滴水不沾;又或怕喝水多會導致水腫等等,但其實很多均屬誤解(。
運動嘔吐後補充水分
腎科專科醫生何繼良解釋,身體必須有足夠水分才能維持正常運作,過多的水分會經由腎臟自然排出,但如果水分不足,身體就會出現一連串反應,“如果因為工作忙碌,全日滴水不沾,或有人在運動大量排汗或嚴重嘔吐後補水不足,當身體水分流失1%,身體就會有不良反應”,包括:
◆令血壓下降,為了確保細胞有足夠氧氣,心跳因而加快,加重心臟負荷
◆細胞不在最佳狀態,肌肉容易疲倦
◆缺水超過2至3%,血壓就會嚴重偏低,增加心律不正、心臟病發的風險
◆長期喝水不足,尿液濃度高,增加腎臟、膀胱等泌尿道結石的風險
◆有研究指出,免疫系統功能會受影響

所以,無論是飯前飯後,睡前醒後,運動前後,都要經常補充水分,“別待口乾口渴才喝水,因為口乾口渴,小便濃黃,其實已是身體缺水的徵狀”。
