A good lesson from Roadshow yesterday from Kuchai

The situation was like this:

A guy who is looking some FOOD for his daughter who is suffer from Thalassemia disease.He said that her daughter cannot take too much IRON from any food.The Main Point is,This Herbalife can be my Daughter's FOOD?

My another coach,Axxx said,WHY NOT?Axxx share her testimony to this guy.Share and Share and Share.At last,i show Herbalife Nutrition Facts to this guy to have a look.

He hold the Nutrition Facts,and said,Hmm..The Iron contain Still high!Cz my daughter cannot take XX mg IRON per day.(forgive me please..i forgot how many mg)

Well,Axxx is a very well experience coach.The Nutrition Facts show IRON(5mg per 25 of powder),this is 3 spoon.For your daughter case,you can put 1 spoon Shake..So thats means your daughter Iron intake is only 0.05mg..He said..ok.Let me have a think first..

The lesson from this case

When you DO more,You will learn more.

慢跑也是一种运动,还可以减掉多余的脂肪。所以,每天来个30分钟的慢跑吧。
Slow slow walk is exercise also,can burn extra fat also.So,walk 30 minutes per day lah.....
And dont forgot drink shake to have a post recovery beh...
