Exactly...We have 24 hours in ONE day..Only spend 25 minutes everyday is good for us.Dont talk about lose weight,we talk about Healthy Active Lifestyle.

Share some story about me.

I was suffered from knee pain before. I thought is about my age getting older or what..hehe.So cannot walk fast that time.my friend also noticed me how come i walk so slow now.(i really feel shy that time).

So..I try to rearrange my schedule again.I found that actually i have time to do exercise.So i started my exercise every day after my working hour.Aiks..only 2 weeks,my knee pain gone..I also didnt noticed it that time.I can walk fast.And the amazing is.My stamina is improve and I can jogging for 20 minutes non stop....Thats a big achievement for ME.

So if a lazy girl such like me,CAN do it also,I believe you all perform better than me!!.

So,a suggestion to you all.TRY TO REARRANGE YOUR TIMETABLE and also start with HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE.

Lets have a Better Lifestyle.WE DESERVE IT.
