Exercise before the going back to Sabah at the Next Day,havent pack my beg yet.But No Problem!!!

What I can express it..WAAAA..Today exercise very Geng!!!!!

And,after exercise,what do you eat to recover your muscle?Ayam Goreng?Nasi lemak?lol.

I drink my Chocolate Shake and protein a well.Hehe
