今天的主题--

美容、瘦身、养颜都离不开“水”。普遍认为一天要喝8杯水、约2000c.c.,才能补充身体所需足够的水份,不过近来不少医学报告都发现,2000c.c.只是基本的建议量,真正的喝水量还是要因个人体质与运动量而改变。

说的也对。试想想,一个100公斤的人,一天只喝8杯水(约2000毫升)足够排走身体的脂肪吗?人体是由70%水分所组成。要知道自己一天喝多少杯水,就用自己的体重乘70%,就知道自己一天可以喝多少水啦!所以,别再误会说“喝水多会肥”,“喝水多会水肿”。而且,我深信,水也是世界上最便宜的减肥武器!

喝水有助于提高新陈代谢,将身体多余内的毒素排走,让身体更加健美,让身体更轻盈.。

Your body is composed of about 70%.The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion,absorption,circulation,creation of saliva,transportation of nutrients,and maintenance of body temperature.

The amount of water for each person is very individual.

Thats is absolutely right!Can you imagine that 2 liter water is it enough for a people who 100kg to lose weight?hehehe

How to know that how many liter water you want to drink?is EASY.use your current weight,times 70%.
Example: 80kg X 70% =5.6 liter water per day.


so..please don't say that "Drink more will Fat" this sentence.hehe
