其实,我相信大家都明白早睡早起的重要性。只是因为工作、挤巴士、塞车、偶尔加班、精彩的电视节目、与朋友出来聚会等等等等,耽搁大家早睡的原因。在古代,9点睡觉是很正常的事情。如今,能在10点睡觉算你很了不起了。

为了自己的健康着想,唯有妥善的安排时间让自己有充分的休息,不要给自己太大的压力。要知道。熬夜伤肝啊!!!

Sleep at 10pm is gives the best results in terms of productivity and vitality.

I believe that Sleep is the Cheapest way to Improve our Metabolism which can burn more body fat.
Long time ago,our grandpa and grandma sleep at 9pm everyday.Nowadays,is so amazing if we sleep at 11pm.Hehe..

I understand that OT,traffic jam,watching tv,hang out with friends and etc...all this will cause sleep late.
But If you Have a Will,You will find the Way.Right?
